1 star because I can not do 0. I arrived at 2:14 for a 2:15 appointment. She left me in the waiting room for 30 minutes and then once allowed in the office reprimanded me for being late and informed me that we would not be working together. She kept asking if I wanted to see her phone where she messaged her assistant in Orlando asking where I was. She is a horrible monster and has no business getting into people’s brains.
