Dr. Tina Mantanona, MD

This doctor should not even be practice. Arrogant. Shuts you down when you try to discuss medical issues with her. Did not refill my diabetic medicine for 30 Days. Would not give me a referral to see a gastroenterologist. Had to call my insurance company to override. Had bleeding ulcers and a cancer growth in stomach.

Horrible experience. Dr. and her office ignored repeated calls to refill necessary prescription. They did not refill prescription without telling me. This lack of courtesy is completely unacceptable and rude. She represents NW med group very poorly. Avoid this doctor. NW med group wanted me to agree to a fee to page a doctor after hours - just to page one they wanted me to agree to a fee! After regular switchboard told me to call after hours. Uncool. Disgraceful. It is beyond my understanding how this doctor and her staff lack ethics and common courtesy.

Dr. Tina Mantanona is rarely available for an appointment, normally shuffling off her patients to others in the medical field. If she is available, she is a poor listener, coming to her own conclusions despite what other doctors have concluded and without explanantion. In my last visit she refused to comment on any of a list of concerns I had written for her. She acts like she is way too busy to be concerned. I recieved no care at all. The whole visit was for nothing. I have changed doctors. Don't waste your time with her, especially if you have a serious concern.
