Dr. Tina Leck Soltys, DO

I had a very poor experience with this doctor. Even after explaining I had lost 100 lbs she spent most of my appt telling me how to lose weight. It took over a month to hear back on medication I wanted to try and she did no research on it. She claims even though I have visible arthritis in my back (per x ray) it's nothing. Luckily I found a doctor who listens to me and is happy to help me. Avoid!

She might be a good doctor if you can get past the gruff attitude. I came in for a check up and she asked me "Well why are YOU here?" Like there is obviously nothing wrong with me. She wasn't thorough at all. She just asked if anything was bothering me and ONLY checked those places out. I did not get the full physical exam that I paid for.

I've been in Kansas for the past two years and I dreaded the process of searching for a primary physician. Well, she was my first and will be my only. She listened to my concerns and she has a genuine disposition. I believe I can trust her. She has great bedside manners.

rock bottom attitude and manner

Dr. Soltys had a good bedside manner, quickly diagnosed my two issues, and with the medication and therapy prescribed I am seeing improvement. Nothing close to the less complimentary reviews I have seen on this site.

She came in looking annoyed already.. Kept wanted me to get a medication that I didn’t need.. And was giving me looks as if she didn’t care about what I had going on.. I wouldn’t advise anyone to see her..

I went to see her on a referral and was treated as if I was lying to her to try to get medicine!!!! I have spine issues that I was born with and I will be having surgery shortly so glad that I went to another doctor to get checked on!!!!!!

Did not validate any of my concerns. Told me I needed to make a separate appointment for each one of my concerns. Asked me what labs I wanted to have ran, she should be the one recommending which labs. When she was done with the appointment, she did not tell what I needed to do next, did not talk about any follow up, did not even show me where the lab was or how to check out for my appointment. I was not contacted when lab results were in. I had to call and leave several messages with her nurse.

Very rude, was more concerned with the staff putting my appointment in incorrectly. Annoyed that I had so many concerns. Terrible bedside manners. Didn't validate or answer any of my concerns.
