Dr Mattei . Dr Mattei was excellent with me. He explained everything to me. I had two broken vertebrae in my neck. When my visit was done he prayed for me. The day of my surgery my little room was full of Dr and nurses because I was quite ready. I was starting with a panic attack. He had them stop and then I got some Versad. I was so thankful. Before they wheeled me out he took my hand and prayed again. My surgery went well and I recovered very fast. In my opinion he is excellent.

Dr. Mattei performed a full lumbar fusion for me when I had suffered for years with back pain and scoliosis. I am forever grateful to him for giving me the opportunity to have a normal upright life. He is a blessing to the the medical world.

Although I have only had one visit so far. He was very thrall and did put me to ease with my decision for surgery. My only complaint is that he spoke more to my husband than to me. It did help my husbands anxiety over the surgery. So all in all it was a positive experience.
