From the front staff to the doctor, this place is poorly run and is unashamed about it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I was misdiagnosed with HIV by Dr. Todd Marshall Price…

Dr. Price is wonderful, kind, compassionate and although not very outgoing is brilliant. He has been treating my dad for 12 years and is the reason he is alive. Regardless of what others say, he is honest and very knowledgeable. His expertise is immense.

My experience with Dr. Price occurred over 9 years ago but the trauma remains. His bed side manner is horrible. Absolutely egregious. He told me to my face I had syphilis and that either I or my husband cheated. Instead of trying finding the root cause (which ended up being Lupus; which was a false positive for syphilis) this doctor defamed my husband and I. This is directly after having my first child (in the L&D room!!!). Ugh, people like this should have the license revoked! He, in his very core and being, is a filled with pride and arrogance. He has completely defied the Hippocratic Oath he took out of medical school. Remove his license! He's useless as a physician.

This place is terrible...I beleive his wife tries to run the place. The main nurse needs to retire because she is constantly messing up files and then calls us at home asking for different patient. Then if you mention to her that she accidently forgot our file she will go crazy on you. A little crazy like..seems like she may have some depression, anxiety or post menopausal mood disorder. The doctor should retire because he does not know how to really treat patients either, I mean what do you expect if he works for Memorial. They made me take out IV for my knee infection and then put it back in again. Then he will only use his office for infusion saying it was a hassle to go their home care where the nurse comes to the patient's house. This is more convenient for patient ...but I see he care only for himself. Well one day this doctor will need help and we will see....

Well this place is just ok. The staff is terrible. All the way from front desk ...to the lab people to the crazy wife that gets jealous if you look at her doctor spouse...and another crazy lady that really should be retired because she has lost her marbles and may need antipsychotic medication ....she will get manic on you if you tell the doctor she screwed up ..then the manager which is the wife will use a religious like behavior when it is needed but she too will turn on you like a monkey on drugs ... it is sad we dont have good quality health care in Houston.

Staff is awful, Dr. might as well speak Romanian he comes across that clear and I’ve been in the medical field and am now a med-mal attorney. His medical assistant who calls you back, takes your vitals, c/c, and history needs major psychiatric drugs (I think she needs 5mg of Haldol every hour). She can’t remember the simplest instructions for more than 30 seconds, and if she was supposed to give you an order form the previous visit, but failed to, she will try to gaslight you, lie to Dr. Pricee and said she took care of it, and Todd and his insanity believes her. Dr. Price graduated from a defunct medical school and refuses to work and/or compromise with his patients. He has no communication skills and seems to be in “la la land”.
