Dr. Todd Reinhart, MD

Wonderful Doctor and Nursing Staff

Dr. Reinhart is an excellent Doctor, he has been my Dr. for years. But his staff are rude and will not return phone calls. This is a sorry way to run an office.

I am basing my 5 star rating on Dr. Reinhart himself. I find him to be informative, patient, and has a great bedside manner. The office staff however, is rude, fails to follow up, (scheduling specialists) especially. Phone calls are rarely returned when the voicemail claims they will be returned (by end of business that day). The office manager really needs to look into these issues, and remember that his/her staff can make or break a practice for a group of great doctors.

I highly recommend dr R he is great doctor. Really cares to see you well. Getting them to answer the phone is the only problem.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. I have called multiple days at different times of the day and no luck. I left a message that was never returned. When I did speak with someone they said they would take care of my issue and call me back. Never took care of my issue and never called me back. If you are looking for a Family Physician in Georgetown I would stay away from this place. I will be making an appointment somewhere else and having my medical records transferred.

Dr Reinhart is a very caring and competent doctor. Don't care much for office staff

Dr Reinhart has been my doctor for years he is the best doctor I've seen and know I would highly recommend him in fact I had my whole family switch to him. he has always helped me through all my health problems and needs. His staff on the other hand are very rude the only thing they care about is the money but it's worth dealing with their rudeness for a visit with Reinhart.

I have seen reinhart for years and he truly is the best doctor ive ever seen I highly recommend him to anyone he without a doudt will give you the care that is needed.

Not impressed with the promptness of returning patient phone calls or giving follow up information after a patient has had testing done. Waited for a Week and only after persistent phone calls from the patient was told nothing to worry about and the dr would call in the morning. Morning has come and gone and still no phone call... Also appointment for testing was messed up. Feel like Dr Reinhart is a good dr when in the room with you but the office as a whole needs some work. Patient care includes Follow up, not just when they are sitting in the office.

Dr R. is a compassionate, caring, KNOWLEDGEABLE DOCTOR! He has cared for our family many times. He explains and gives us our options on treatment. Great doctor, nice man.
