Dr Trang is very professional; he provides great Customer care with respect, kindness and builds an emotional connection with me as a patient. He contacts you by phone and treats a patient how they want to be treated, listens to an individual’s needs to find the best solution. I have several Doctors/Specialist at Kelsey-Seybold, and they do not provide this type of care, this should be handled by everyone on a Care team, not just deliver medical services. I would rate him as a (10) and not a (5) Star Doctor.

One of the best doctor I have seen. Good bedside manner and provided excellent care for me . Would definitely recommend my family and friends.

He is such an amazing doctor! I have been to so many GI doctors over the years too (I got frustrated by my past GI's b/c of how awful, arrogant, and uncaring they were and I quit caring about my health) but now that I am an adult, my health is getting even worse & Dr. Trang has given me hope back that there will be a way to get better. So thankful that I found him because he seems to be one of the only GI's I could ever trust & seems to be the only doctor who is able to figure out what is going on with me (my pediatrician GI's never thought about some of the things that he did & he thinks outside the box). Been very sick and I don't know if I will live very long without him. Such a special person and has such a great heart! He definitely cares, listens thoroughly, and I am impressed. I agree that he has a great bedside manner. He is very talented at what he does & definitely knows how to share his great gift with so many people. A healing angel in my eyes. Thank you, Dr. Trang!

Dr. Trang spent time listening to my problems and i really seem to care about my problems. Before going to Dr. Trang, I saw multiple other GI doctors, but he was able to help me with my problems
