Dr. Tracy Shell Pipkin, MD

This office does a crap job. When I made the appointment I advised “this is urgent, I have a problem”. I told them where to obtain medical records and was specific about what the appointment was needed for. 3 weeks later… the only time they were able to schedule for an urgent issue (with no waiting list).. when I arrive they tell me I can’t get anything done except a $150 consult which doesn’t solve my problem and they don’t have my medical records. The office assistant could care less. I walked out and scheduled with a physician in Dallas that I know and trust. Paris Tx medical center and its physicians are small town, lazy, inefficient and only looking to milk your insurance card for money. They DO NOT care about patient health and their office staff does a horrible job of taking care of patients. Make the drive to Dallas and go somewhere that offers decent patient care!!!! You will not get it here.

Feel so comfortable

Had my first appt with Dr pIpkens , She took her time and was super nice. I was worried about Corona virus - she gave me good info and made less worried . gave me a list of things I could do . Front office lady - Daniell was nice and I really liked her nurse.

I had not had a Pap smear in over 15 years so needless to say i was super nervous. Dr Pipkin made me feel so comfortable and was so informative. I have suffered from severe anxiety all of my life and Dr Pipkin suggested meditation. She not only suggested it but provided me with several resources to help me along. I admit I was a little skeptical at first but it has literally changed my life . Dr Pipkin changed my life !!! She even called me with my results !! Her staff is awesome as well !!

I hate going to doctors so it had been 10 years since I had seen a gynecologist. Dr Pipkin was so nice and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She was so gentle and explained everything thoroughly. She is extremely smart and really took the time to answer all of my questions. So thankful that i found her !!

I love her personality! You can tell she actually enjoys her job. She is a people person and I always feel comfortable telling her anything. Highly recommend her.
