Dr. Tramy Thi Nguyen-Mok

Our family did not have a positive experience here. When our daughter was very sick we were extremely concerned as first time parents. We tried desperately to contact Dr. Tramy-Mok but couldn’t. She is very hard to get a hold of. We winded up taking our daughter to the ER where she was poked and prodded unnecessarily. We feel this could have been avoided if Dr. Mok would have returned our countless calls within several days. Additionally, her office wait time when you have an appointment is very long in a small confined space with other sick people. The straw that broke the camels back was when we asked to come in to have papers signed for our daughter’s school registration. The receptionist was extremely rude and had us wait 3 hours! Spare yourself the trouble and find another office to care for your family. We found a great place that values our time and truly cares for our daughter. We hope this review helps this place improve their level of care.

Straight forward. Very informative, explains the cause and effect of medication due to your child.

my son had bronchitis and throat infection and she said that was cause by virus and it was wrong diagnosis.Lucky i took my son to see a another dr. to save his life. Otherwise he will have pneumonia.And she did not was hand before to see a patient.
