Bizarre experience. Unacceptable. The portal reflects meds & appts that are not mine. He kept referencing symptoms I don’t have & never claimed to have. I had to ask repeatedly for my bloodwork results & they kept telling me it was on the portal. It was not. When they uploaded it finally, it was time stamped current day, not when they said it was initially reviewed weeks prior with 0 interpretation. Genuinely concerned my info is mixed up with & was sent to someone else. Enraged I have been ignored with these concerns & was treated poorly. I despise the overuse of gaslight, but I was gaslighted by this man who insisted I had symptoms I never had, insisted I was arguing with what he was telling me when I was not, & insisted my bloodwork had been uploaded to the portal when it was not. I saw him for a rash he said was viral & HE diagnosed 3 other things I never asked about & then refused questions. His practice has done NOTHING to address my PHI concerns or this man’s bizarre behavior

He was fantastic the first time I saw him. I am baffled by my 2nd appt. He was weirdly convinced I am in disagreement about my diagnosis (I’m not). Despite priding himself on being a doctor who listens, he didn't listen. Even if I disagreed with my diagnosis (I don't) or had misconceptions about my diagnosis (never heard of it before), the way he treated me is still upsetting and not ok. There's no excuse for a doctor to make a patient feel uncomfortable and judged. Ever. He said my issue wasn’t allergy related, diagnosed several issues unrelated to why I initially saw him, then accused me of making assumptions & essentially self diagnosing while repeatedly referencing symptoms I never said I have. He is the one the brought up three things unrelated to why I was there… I had to ask 4x for my bloodwork results. Bizarre & upsetting. Truly wonder what happened between appts. Was like a whole different doc or as if he had the wrong chart. I sincerely question the chart based on his… assertion I had symptoms I do not, the fact they were insistent they had sent my bloodwork and had not, my med history is wrong, and it has down I had appointments with docs I’ve never seen. I’ve asked them to clarify my diagnosis after this bizarre appt and they’ve decided to ignore me!

Dr Sifers eased a lot of my anxiety about getting my allergies under control. He has provided super practical steps to help me in the interim and even goes the extra mile to get to know me as a person and help answer questions about insurance. Dr. Sifers makes you feel like he is part of your care team as a resource. He will help you create a solid plan and provide explanations as to why he has ordered labs, tests, or whatnot. He will sit down with you and draw out everything he is saying on a cellular level and really explain the pathology and new studies. I have never felt less anxiety about my allergies as I do with having Dr Sifers and his awesome nurses and Medical Assistant on my team. I highly recommend them!

He does not like black people. He was against me from the start. He gave some information without my permission to an attorney. I will do all I can to prove this fact. I wil be pursuing mis-conduct charges in this matter
