In the 2 years i have been to Dr. Westhoff's office I have only been seen by her three times. She is overbooked and does not have time for her patients If there is a concern she will step into your appointment for 5 minutes and move onto her next patient. Dr. Westhoff relies on her Nurse practitioner when she should put more time into actually helping her patients. In the two years i have seen Dr. Westhoff my thyroid levels have not improved and have only gotten worse you would think that with high levels i would be seen on a month to month basis but scheduling is horrible she never has time and spreads her patients out by seeing them every 3 months or even longer.

I have advanced osteoporosis, and have health problems that do not react favorably to most medicines for osteoporosis. Dr. Westhoff worked with me to find the right solution. She listens, is caring, very knowledgeable, and just a very nice person.

She listens and responds to questions and symptoms. She takes the time needed and is thorough. Since she has let a group practice for a solo practice her wait time has decreased significantly. She has taken time to adjust my thyroid medication to minimize symptoms and provides a detailed explanation. She has looked at the other medications to explain issues. I have confidently recommended her to others.

Dr. Westhoff is the best in her business. However, to get an appointment takes 3 months even if you are an existing patient.

She is one of my favorite doctors. You will wait to see her, her appointments are very rarely on time, but it is because she spends all the time needed with each patient. I have nothing negative to say about her or her staff. When I had a biopsy, she called me personally with the results. I wish she was a primary care doctor.
