Dr. Troy P Bertoli, MD

I just called to try an establish care since i Just moved to the area. I called gave them all my personal information at the end of the call I was transferred to the scheduler and I was treated very rudely and when I asked her her name she hung up the phone on me. I had to call back and I spoke to someone else Amelia and told her my experience she did not care. Why would you establish care with this office when you cannot even get past the non caring treatments.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I have a congenital health condition and thus have seen many doctors in my lifetime. Never have a had such ill feelings as I have toward Dr. Bertoli. He has lied to me many times and I no longer trust him as a doctor.

Fairly obnoxious and devoid of any personality whatsoever. All he does is stare into his 'beloved' laptop, never making eye contact with you. Will not remember virtually anything you told him when and if you see him next visit. You would think he would make pertinent notes in that laptop he loves, but either he doesn't care, or he's playing "Solitude" on that laptop. Condescending attitude is all you get from him. If there was a minus rating for "bedside" manner; that's what he deserves...Repugnant !

Dr Bertolli is amazing! My husband and I have been seeing him for years and would not go anywhere else.

Dr Bertoli treated me like I was a 5-year-old. He would not explain anything to me, because I would "just go home and look it up on the internet" and worry. He did not address my very real physical issues, just kept prescribing the same stuff that wasn't working. The minute he comes in, his face is stuck in the computer, and he barely speaks to you. He wants to get in and out with you as fast as possible. And, you wait an hour and a half for the appointment. Ridiculous! Would not help me with my problems. He sucks!!!

This Doctor is an average physician with a big big ego More interested in charging your credit card Be on the look out - wolf in sheep clothing ! Very poor customer service Good Doctor, not GREAT - more keen on taking your hard earned cash

an overall grade of F for the way he treated me. i guess he wants to lie to the public with all of his PR sites of how great he is. Do a search and you would believe he is THE best Dr in Vegas. My appt was a mess, i waited the usual hour which is pretty common in Vegas. when he finally came to see me for the first time, he didnt introduce himself, no handshake, an overall nasty attitude towards me. i think he was angry when he found out the insurance i have. he changed instantly! what a jerk! good luck with this fake smiling money hungry "Dr"! i will never visit that caremore office on tenaya ever again!

Wow. A 90 minute wait time at 8:30 am is absolutely unacceptable and disprectful to patients. The office staff is rude and ridiculous. I was referred to this practice by a friend, but I will not be a returning patient here.

5 visits in to trying to get his recommended treatment he was trying to send me to the pharmacy to pick up my own injections. Really. After jumping through all the hoops he refused treatment. Never again will I go here.

He's a good doctor but the wait time is insane.
