Dr. Troy Olan Dawson, MD

Dr. Troy Dawson is a family medicine physician who also specializes in hospice and palliative medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and completed his residency at Methodist Hospital. With 32 years of experience in practice, Dr. Dawson brings extensive knowledge to caring for patients across all ages and stages of life. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Dawson practices at Antelope Memorial Hospital and sees patients at multiple locations throughout Nebraska, including Neligh, Orchard, Elgin, and Clearwater. His expertise includes managing high blood pressure in both adults and children, as well as handling urgent blood pressure situations. Dr. Dawson also offers general blood testing and incorporates physical therapy and strength training approaches into patient care when appropriate.
