Missed the diagnosis

Well if you want a Dr to do the vasectomy on one day, improperly anesthetize the area, leave before you can ask any questions, never follow up with you and then have the audacity to tell you that you fabricated the insane pain when he was actually cutting your calls off, then this is the Dr for you.

One of the best doctor experiences.

Dr, Malcom and his entire staff made me feel very comfortable and he made a nervous patient, myself, very assured we were moving in a correct and positive direction. Having never been a patient in a hospital since a broken arm in 3rd grade I was a tad apprehensive about certain procedures, Dr. Malcom and his staff changed that with his confidence and knowledge, which transcended to me...I would highly recommend Dr. Troy J. Malcom to family and friends.

The entire experience was an absolute pleasure. From the moment we entered the building we were treated with utmost respect nad concern. Dr. Malcom was incredibly thorough and actually corrected medication errors made by a previous urologist in Boulder. He spent as much time with us as we needed and ensured all our questions were answered in a way we could understand without all the "doctor" speak. I would highly encourage anyone to seek out Dr. Malcom and his staff for urologic problems.
