Dr. Troy J Ostrander, DO

Excellent doctor who explains everything and always listens to what I have to say. One of the best doctors I've ever used bar none. He also has a very nice lady who works with him at his clinic who has always helped me with anything.

I think Dr. O is a very smart Dr. He has helped me through some pretty rough times. Dr. O has always shown genuine interest in illnesses or problems that I've discussed with him. He & Ms. Debbie do their best to treat me & help me understand what I need to do to help myself. I fully disagree with the review that said "he is a mean & uncaring Dr." The same review said that "Ms. Debbie was rude, mean & made them feel like a burden to her". These statements are far from true! Both he & she have always treated me with the utmost respect. They both talk to me as if I'm a friend, as well as a patient. Ms. Debbie went out of her way, on her time off, because she thought I was being taken advantage of. I think that alone tells what kind of person Ms. Debbie is & I think they make "one heck of a team"! Don't get me wrong, they are not out to play, but if you do the best that you can, these two dudes will be there for you. On the other hand, if you mess up, they will not tolerate that kind of behavior, enough said!

That man is ugly and mean to his patients I would NOT GO BACK AND SEE HIM AT ALL I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO NO ONE!😈 I WOULD FIND SOMEBODY ELSE TO SEE

My husband only saw him twice while he was a patient at Baptist in New Albany. Wonderful bedside manner and explained necessary tests. The first time we have actually had the reasons for the tests explained in a way that we understood. Great experience

Dr. Ostrander is very kind, but he brushes off patient complaints. He doesn't seem interested in following up the complaints. His nurse, Debbie, is very unfriendly. She has a smart mouth. She treats one as if they were a burden. Debbie is the rudest nurse ever. Whatever you do, don't ask her any questions or call her. She makes one feel like a kid with a mean teacher.
