Dr. Troy Ricker Jones, MD

Read another provider's charting in which he and Dr. Jones defied HIPPA and spoke inaccurately without Dr.Jones following up with me regarding erroneous information from his nurse over the phone. Very unprofessional and can effect people adversely regarding their health issues. Had I known this at the time and not 14 years later, I would sued them both into oblivion. People check out your health care providers.

Dr. Jones and his staff have provided me with excellent care and compassion. And there Dog friendly!

My father and I had Dr Jones take care of us for yrs. He was patient, had a listening ear and compassion for his patients. He even return phone calls personally to us after office hrs. I still haven't found a dr who matches his professionalism. You want to hear the truth about your care, see him, if not find someone else that'll baby you.

This doctor is a real professional.He listens and actually explains what is happening too you and why. I went too him for years and remember driving by the clinic past closing hours and he would be in there probably reading medical files of the patients.he is greatly missed.

Recently being diagnosed and getting help with an eating disorder, I went to Dr Jones for a general physical concerning those issues. He was extremely insensitive to my concerns and needs; and even told me that I should lose some more weight. His bedside manner was rude and apathetic. I will never make an appointment to see him again.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. His "nurse" had the worst attitude I've ever seen, and his wasn't much better.

I liked the bedside manner of him, it was nice not wasting my time with lots of paper work and reviewing my history with the doctor as he entered it in the computer.

Dr. Jones is an excellent doctor. One of the best I have dealt with in my 71 years. I too wish he would return to Winter Haven.
