Dr. Truc Le, DO

Overall disturbing my visit with him. I feel like I'm being conned.

Dr. Le and his PA have always been very kind and professional. His staff on the other hand are the absolute worst. I believe his practice has gone down hill because of them and will continue until his practice no longer exists. This is mind boggling to me because this has gone on for at least 4 years now and I'm pretty sure Dr Le is aware of it.

Good Doc, easy to get in. Better than most

He assigned me to his assistant, Mimi, from the very start and I barely saw him. I felt like she was completing her training on me and that I mostly had to wait until my next visit to find out what was going on because she needed to consult with him or something. I had a horrible experience with a dietician there who walked out of the room with me when I questioned her about her insistence on force feeding me about diabetic portion controls when she only seemed weight no more than 105 pounds and never seemed to have had a weight problem in her life. I felt I need more than pills for adequate medical treatment. If I chose Dr. Le as my doctor then he should show me the professional courtesy of making me feel that he is actively involved in my treatment even if it's just to show his face once in a while.
