Dr. Trung Dinh Dinh, MD

Dr Dinh has been my GP for a few years now and I think he does a great job of listening and addressing my health concerns.

Outstanding in all areas.

Dr. Dinh and his staff has always been top notch! His expertise in the 8.5 years he has been my doctor has proven that he continues to stay on top of all the latest medical issues, making he an excellent physician.

I've been going to Dr. Dinh's office for almost 4 years now and I would love to say that I recommend him, but the experiences that I've had recently with his office staff has made me decide to never go back again. During my last visit they were so unprofessional and disrespectful that I almost wanted to cancel the appointment right then, even though I was in a lot of pain, just so I could go look for another doctor. Because of an insurance mistake I had an outstanding balance on a visit from the last summer. Had I known about this balance I would gladly have paid it, but I was never sent a statement by the office to tell me. I had received a phone call the week before from the office, but the voicemail didn't specify what it was about and I had forgotten about the call, so I didn't speak with the office. When I checked in for my appointment, one of the women up front brought me to the window, with people sitting right there in the waiting room, and loudly stated that I owed them… money and that they had been trying to contact me for a long time, which absolutely was not true. The way they treated me was as if I was ducking out on my bill and that I was a deadbeat. If I was trying to avoid paying the bill, why would I make an appointment with them again? Nothing I said and no matter how calmly I said it would defuse this woman's temperament. When I finally stepped to the back to speak with her, I explained what I knew to her about the bill and the office manager stepped in and loudly exclaimed, "Do not argue with her!", which was completely uncalled for because I wasn't yelling whatsoever. She then made me seem like I was causing a scene and being disrespectful to everyone. Without even listening to me she said "We don't do billing wrong, it's right, you need to pay it now". So just like that, no questions asked, no explanation. Even though I politely asked to have a chance to contact my insurance about the mistake, they wouldn't let me see a doctor until I paid the money owed right on the spot. I was in pain, very frustrated, and I plainly asked "So I can't see a doctor without paying this bill right now? Is that what you're telling me?" And she said that was the only thing they could do for me. I felt extremely disrespected, even after being with them for 4 years without any issues whatsoever.As for Dr. Dinh, I feel like he is a very friendly doctor and he has always helped me when I've needed to see him. He's never followed up with me after a visit though. I never had any issues with him, but from my recent experience and what I've been told by my family who also go to his office, his office staff completely makes the visit frustrating and don't seem to show any compromise or understanding when you are in pain or are sick.
