He’s very knowledgeable, very experienced, very dedicated (goes the extra mile to do everything right), and very honest and open in explaining the possibilities and options. He’s also very respected by the nurses I spoke with. He performed an appendectomy for my daughter. And we’re grateful.

Dr Pham hit a nerve during surgery and my daughter couldn’t walk for over 10 months. Instead of staying on her case and helping us he just stopped seeing her while she was in the hospital . She had to do online school and in a wheelchair during that time

Our 2 year old had a mass develop in her neck and 5 doctors before Pham couldn't diagnose it. He took one look at her neck and the ultrasound and said, "I know what this is. It's a branchial fistula." Then when it turned out to be the rarest form of the problem (1st branchial), he had no problem bringing in other specialists to assist him. (It was a 3-surgeon surgery). I later read an article in a medical journal that said that it usually takes parents more than 3 years to get the proper diagnosis for a branchial fistula. So we were grateful to find Dr. Pham rather early on.He's a smart man, yet humble. He's very easy to talk to and is so kind and gentle with children. He really cares about his patients and their families. He even called me at home twice, which was quite comforting and reassuring. I have great admiration for Dr. Pham and recommend him to any parent whose child needs surgery!
