Tuna Ozyurekoglu, M.D., is an orthopedic hand surgeon with multiple fellowship trainings in Denmark, Turkey and the U.S. in hand surgery. He has practiced hand surgery in Louisville since 2003. Dr. Ozyurekoglu was the lead hand transplant surgeon between 2016 and 2020. He is a member of the American Association for Hand Surgery and the American Society for the Peripheral Nerve.

I had the most pleasant experience with Dr. Tuna. He is extremely knowledgeable and he has great bedside manner. He took his time to answer my questions. His injections were very effective. I had injections from other doctors but he gave the best shots. Very satisfied.

I waited for almost 2 hours to see him. He was very rushed with me and I didnot feel he listened to me. I also realized after the fact that he is not American trained and is not board certified. I won’t be back

I have been Doctoring with Dr. Tina for five years. He just finished a second surgery on my right hand. He is an exceptional humanbeing. That also reflects in his practice. He is a five star doctor and excels in every area. I have 100% usage of my right hand because of his superior knowledge and skills. I can't thank him enough. Not only is he my Doctor but my Friend!
