When my physician retired one and a half years ago, I was fortunate to have Dr. Ghincea accept me as a patient because my husband has been under her care for many years. She is a very caring, intelligent and thorough doctor, and we trust her opinions. She will make a telephone call to us if there is something she needs to talk with us about instead of haivng one of her medical assistants. We appreciate the personal care. I would highly recommend Dr. Ghincea.

We use TriCare insurance and after a few tries with other providers, we were very happy with the ease of using our insurance with Dr. Ghincea's office. She is very practical and has a no nonsense approach to health care.

Dr Ghinchea is very good at listening even as she is entering her computer information. I have alway appreciated the rapport that I have with her. I also trusted her to take care of my elderly parents.

I've been a patient of Dr. Ghincea's since 2010. She's the best, very kind and caring. I'm always able to see her without delay even if an emergency arises (I recently needed a pre surgical history and physical for an unplanned surgery and I was worked into her schedule without delay). There are no big delays for routine physicals. She has excellent staff who are also friendly and helpful. I would certainly refer any of my friends or family members to her.
