Dr. Ralston genuinely cares about his patients and has been instrumental in my recovery from anxieties I faced due to a traumatic event.

Dr. Ralston was the first therapist that was successful in helping me with my anxiety. I have seen previous therapists, but they did not have the level of skill and experience that Dr. Ralston possesses. I recommend that if you are suffering from PTSD or any form of anxiety that is negatively impacting your life to seek help from Dr. Ralston. He is a top rate therapist who genuinely cares about his patients. His approach is teacher-student oriented, which means that to progress in your treatment you must put in the work (i.e., a lot of practicing and facing your anxiety) and apply the tools that you are learning in therapy. In my experience in seeking help, "talk" therapists have not been useful (where you discuss, at length, your problems, but no solutions or tools are learned). Only with Dr. Ralston, with learning the tools and applying those tools was I able to move on from my many anxieties. I highly recommend him.
