Walked in to my appointment. Sat in lobby for 25 minutes before someone actually came out front to check. The salesman in the lobby was helped immediately and then I, the patiently, was greeted. Was told I would not be allowed to talk about any health concerns to the doctor or my $150 physical would be $250ish. (According to Cigna $347 actually billed so expect a bill). I had health concerns so I paid the additional. Seen the doctor. Discussed health concerns, was told to read a verse in the Bible, listen to his favorite song on UTube, see a phychiatrist for my anxiety and that I “Was not seeing my children as a blessing”. Lab work was taken by a not so friendly person. I would mention who it was but they never introduced themselves. Actually she never spoke. Only grunted and frowned. Dr said to come back in 1 week to discuss lab results and since follow up, wouldn’t be a charge. There was issue with some medications and questions on others but nothing was answered. Decided to… wait till my follow up the next week. When I showed up, I was asked again for 250 copay. I was confused since Dr said no charge on followups. She checked with Dr but he didn’t remember saying that. Said I wasn’t prepared to pay another $250. She said she could change it to a physical at no charge but would have to reschedule since all appointments were booked. Confused again since I was standing there for an appointment that was booked for me, and how was the physical going to be free when last week it was going to be $150?? Was advised in the appointment for a physical that I was not allowed to ask about my lab results or my medications or it would turn into an office visit. I asked her the status for the referral to Cardiologist, and for Mammogram and she was unaware that was needed. But a colonoscopy had been ordered that was never discussed with me. I asked the grumpy lady that did the labs if she had she seen the order from Cigna and she snapped at me, turned around and walked off. Front desk was to give message to Dr on the 2 medications I had issues with and have Dr call me. Fast forward a week, no call from Dr. On meds Cigna contacted Dr and someone from Dr office left message for me returning Cigna’s call. When I tried to call today, no one wanted to talk to me, and again I was told a note would be passed to the Dr. 2 weeks later, over $200 later, and still trying to get Dr to do what was supposed to be done on 1st visit that I already paid for. And BTW, I see my kids as blessings everyday and how dare he make an assumption like that rather than dealing with my medical issues.

Prescribes medicines for patients leaving the hospital they have NEVER been given in their hospital stay. IGNORES input from other staff about prescriptions for patient being discharged.
