The primary care recommended to go to a pediatric ENT for wax removal as there was excessive wax buildup which was probably resulting in recurring ear pain for my child. I could get an appointment couple months later. Udayan shows up about 45 minutes late to the appointment takes a look at the ear and says yeah your primary care is right your child ear has a lot of wax buildup, you need to take appointment for the wax cleanup. I was stunned as this is supposed to be that appointment. Udayan walks away sticks me with a hefty medical bill and pay loss for half a day. So the doctor didn't do his job, lengthen the suffering for my kid and caused me financial loss. Wonder why this can't be called a scam

He is a wonderful doctor with great bedside manner. He knows how to make the parents and children feel at ease. He is very transparent.

Dr. Shah is by far one of the best doctors I have ever met. He was extremely nice. He genuinely cared about the issues my daughter was having and thoroughly discussed our options. He spent a lot of time explaining things to us and was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Shah.
