Scheduled an appointment for two separate things. Walked out of there being treated for neither, BUT Dr. Umberto did referre me to four different doctors for random reasons. A complete was of time. Why can’t patients just be treated for one thing at a time starting with why you scheduled the appointment.

Orazi is great, but his office staff has increasingly had some bad days it seems!!!

First off- the staff is horrible. The receptionist literally laughed at me when I called to make the appointment (after telling her what I was seeing a doctor for). Secondly, The Dr. seems to just prescribe pills for everything- then if you have side effects from the pills he will prescribe another pill for that. I also felt as though he did not take my medical issues as seriously as I would've liked.

In the past year I have had one medication refill done correctly. The doctor is more interested in preventive medicine then treating what is happening presently. I feel he is more interested in ordering unnessesary diagnostic tests such as a carotid us on every patient and outrageous blood tests done at an out of state lab not covered by most insurances. In follow up Dr never asks if previous problems have been resolved.

The doctor was great, but his nurse that rooms patients is rude and made me feel stupid. Also, I heard the other assistant there talking rudely about someone that was working up front, very tasteless. Because of Dr's assistants I won't be bringing my daughter and myself back.

Dr. Orazi takes a genuine interest in each of his patients. He listens to their needs and treats the entire patient. He has been a blessing in our lives and we are healthier for knowing him!
