Because of you. I had many mammograms. I did end up with Breast Cancer. BUT. I ended up with stage 1 cancer. Breast cancer 101. Because of you I am cancer free for 4 years. I wish I can see you again. Thanks. Carol Staniewicz. I an a Grandma now.

I have been going to Dr. Mistry for 4 years. She always listens and even remembers small things like that I don't like unnecessary medications. She once apologized for seeing me an hour late. I said it was OK, and she said it was NOT OK! I feel if she is late it's because she doesn't hurry other patients just as she doesn't hurry me. She is very efficient having blood work done before a physical, and very clear on follow up plans after an appointment. An early appointment usually saves waiting!

She failed to listened to how I was feeling and the history of my illness. She only wanted to complete her checklist. When I tried to tell her the symptoms I was having that her checklist had not identified, she scolded me and told me I wasn't wording what I was saying correctly. My friends wanted me to go to the emergency room considering the symptoms I was never able to discuss with this doctor. She was all excited about being able to make the sick visit into a physical and referred me to a specialist for something she had checked out as negative.

I have found Dr. Mistry to be the reason for my general good health and feelings of well being. She keeps up with my medication and testing needs and finds generic medications when available. When I have been ill, Dr. Mistry has listened to my symptoms and brought me back to wellness. Wait to be seen is not a problem for me. I feel it is because she is taking the same care with others as she does with me.

She kept asking the same questions and repeating different answers than I gave her. She was very "short" with me. She chewed gum during my appt. She told me she wanted to send me to a lab instead of doing the simple test in the office because the "stick" cost her $20

I've been seeing Dr. Mistry for a number of years and I find that she's caring towards her patients, spends the time she needs to spend with them. She is thorough in everything she does. I would highly recommend Dr. Mistry to anyone thinking about having her as his/her Doctor
