Horrible doctor, he doesn't pay attention, the office no answer phone calls. He used to be good, but it seems he's reached old age, time to retire.

This is a review for the office. My daughter had tests ordered and when I called to see if they were ready some really rude lady answered. She said she could not look up if the results were ready. She honestly sounded like she didn't know what was going on and I'm shocked she is allowed to answer the phone. Awful customer service. I will not be coming back.

Agree with some of the other comments just read online so unfortunately that would have to change my 3 Children’s from their doctor to a new pediatric due to the office staff nurses in the office so rude and unprofessional, so sad that the doctor that I’ve had for years would be so blinded by his staff they talk to you if you’re stupid not worth my time anymore and specially to be talked to like that in front of my children so wrong , this needs to stop ?? so unprofessional for the doctor makes him look bad.

Excellent doctor with great amount of knowledge about any medical condition. He puts the time to explain every single detail to his patients. Dr. Hekmat is on top of his field. I owe the health of my two children to Dr. Hekmat.

His office is small and dirty. He does not communicate with mommy or daddy, he will come in and go in a blink of a eye. You don't get to ask questions, and if you do he will look at you and walk out. The medical assistant communicates everything to patients. He treats the kids like a commodity, how he is steal practicing medicine is beyond me! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR JOB AND PATIENTS.

My 4 children and I love this pediatrician! He is warm, gentle and patient. The office is neat and clean. The front office staff is always friendly with a wonderful attitude. A great dr +a great staff is rare! He will take time to explain things. It's such a comfort knowing I can trust this dr.

I love Dr Hekmats attention to detail. He is very calm while doing an exam and this helps to keep my little ones calm. His office including staff is cheerful and helpful. He always calls to give test results. Wait time is always short too. Best pediatrician I have seen in years!

I have seen dr. In his new office in west hills and he is a wonderful doctor and he knows how to take care of his patients . It's really unfourtante how his kindness is blinded by the rude staff he has and unfourtantly I stopped seeing dr. Hekmat because of this problem. The staffs was really harsh with my children when giving vaccines. Doctor is recommend but the staff needs to change .The wait time is too much for me to wait with my kids

He is very smart and the staff is very nice
