This service is horrible to be a business. There is No concern for the patient at all it seems. Especially when you don't make it priority to see or call an respond back an you know a patient deals with severe ailments. A patient should not have to feel like she is being rejected or pushed away because the doctor doesnt want to do their job. But can easily send you to urgent care or emergency. Whats the point in having a doctor then?? An the receptionist always sound like he don't k ow how to relay a message or know what to do?? Shame Emergency just told me I could have been dealing with asthma every spring an summer an my doctor never diagnosed me an I deal with the same wheezing every summer..Makes you think what are Really the concerns of the patient? Or is the doctor Really concerned for the patient at all which is Sad!! I really didnt want to give this any stars to be honest!!

The office asked that you come in an hour early so they can check u in. But than make u wait 45 min without coming to say anything. I than asked what the hold up was she went on to say while sitting in her office she’s behind an if I need to leave I can????. Never again very unprofessional an rude she might need to retired.

i STARTED WITH DR. ABBOTT ABOUT 26 YEARS AGO AND I'M STILL THERE SHE IS THE ONLY PHYSICIAN I'VE EVER HAD THAT ACTUALLY LISTENS TO ME AND ADDRESSES MY CONCERNS WITH ME IN GREAT LENGTH . DR. ABBOTT REALLY CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS THERE ARE NO OTHER DOCTORS. LIKE HER .

Dr. Abbott is very thorough. She gives detailed information regarding medical and blood tests. She is always willing to answer your questions and doesn't give candy coated answers. I love the new office. It's very nice. I love the ample and secure parking, too.

I at one point had Dr. Abbott. ..as my primary care physician. I was blown away by her professionalism and ability to help patients. I moved from the area and upon returning I immediately looked her up. I was so disgusted with her front desk guy and the entirety of my experience. ..I wouldn't recommend them to a dying dog.

Good DR.! How ever she just closed her office. Did not let the patients know in time to find a new DR. That is not proper treatment of her patients.

Dr.Abbott is 1 of the best Dr's I have ever seen. She has been taking care of my family for 17 years not once. Have i seen her have a bad day in all these years and when your sick and call early most often she can see you the same day.
