Office never returns calls. Appointments are cancelled without warning or notice. Office is filthy and has 2 dogs running around untethered! More of a vet than a doctor!

Injured by procedure done by her office help

I noticed in the mail that i was charged for an appt. that i did not make so i went to the office to let them know to take the 75.00 off of my acct. Because i didnt make the appt. The reason i know i didnt make an appt. Was because i had to bring a prescription to the appt. But i didnt get it and so i never made the appt. When i walked in and told her assistant ab9ut the charge she imediately told me as a auto response we dont make appts. Without your knowledge. These people are robbers and they resport you to the credit bureau of you dont pay. Im changing gynos cause apparently this isnt the first time, others have resported same aweful bogus service charges as well.

Dr. Riley is an excellent gynecologist, very caring and knowledgeable regarding women's pelvic health. I highly recommend her to everyone.

Be careful with this office. If you did not fill all the papers that were sent to your home before the first visit (even the ones that have no relation to your problem) they will send you home and you will get a bill of $75 for NO SHOW.

I scheduled an evaluation but had to change the appointment. I called twice and left 2 messages a week apart for someone to call me to reschedule. No one picks up the phone and no one returned my calls.

Patient charged for 1 hour block of time, regardless of changed circumstances. Unwilling to accommodate patient changes.

Very happy with the diagnoses. Hope the treatment works. We'll know in 12 weeks.

dont bother just a waste of time go elsewhere.
