I waited 2 hours on my first visit with Dr. Phillips which is unheard of. When I finally go to see her, she was indeed thorough, answered all my questions & had an excellent beside manner, BUT I had to track her down for an entire month (I called 3-5 times a week) in order to get the results of an MRI & a referral to the Orthopedic Doctor. This was a deal breaker for me. Her staff apologized repeatedly, but she NEVER did. As it turned out, according to the MRI results, I had a torn meniscus, which I had limped around on for a month without treatment. This was unacceptable. I never saw her again.

Getting there I was informed that the wait time would be at least an hour....and it was. but once I was called the nurse had a very funky attitude, then the doctor came in and her attitude mirrored the nurse!!! What kind of place is this. With out a doubt I am looking for a new doctor!! In addition, once I got on the other side of the door (from the waiting room to the doctors area) there was an unusual smell, um thanks but no thanks!!!

the doctor and staff are insensitive to patients. i have been calling doctor and leaving messages since Feb 9.

My mom loves her. She is down to earth. She allows mom to talk and her bedside manner is top notch. I am so happy we found her.

Great physician. You just have to spend so much time waiting to get into an exam room and the waiting room is generally overcrowded during this wait. To many marketing people coming into the office while she should be seeing patients

called office just put on hold no person answers the phone so you go right on hold and you will be there for awhile. changing doctors!
