This dr. Was set to take out cancer on my moms right thyroid, she asked me right before if she should take out let left side right before surgery cos it looked funky she said. She knew it was cancer but wanted to milk the insurance with a 2nd surgery pretending not to know for sure. After 1st surgery we got another dr intuition and they said it was ?? cancer. She didnt get the 2nd surgery very greedy lady. Should have done it all at once and made my mom suffer

It gets worse and worse. My sinuses are regularly dry and closed. This time so badly that I wasn’t a hearing well in relation. I needed immediate and long term help. Dr brushed off most of my questions like I was bothering her. She gave me meds but I told her they wouldn’t work. They semi helped for a few days only. Then the problem came back 10x worse. I had so many issues. While in the office I asked what the next step was. She said “the sinus is a tricky thing. I need to think about it.” Oh, I’m sorry lady doctor, I thought you were specially trained in this area! Can you believe it! Now 1 month later, she still hasn’t come back to me. I’ve emailed and called. I spoke to reception. The Dr WILL NOT call back. She doesn’t seem to care how much her lack of knowledge has worsened my health. I should mention the Dr arrived to the office 17 min after my appt time and was dressed a little too provocatively for a professional environment. Don’t go here!

Listens carefully to your symptoms, asks many questions to zero in on what's happening (yet doesn't waste a minute), treats you as a serious, intelligent person. Front desk staff is exceptionally nice and goes way beyond the call of duty.

I've been to Dr. Kumra several times for ear issues. She saw me promptly, spent all the time I needed answering questions, examined me and made an accurate diagnosis, in addition to her being a kind and caring person. I highly recommend her for your ENT needs.

It was a pleasurable experience from start to finish. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The audiologist was professional. Dr. Kumra was wonderful. The doctor listened and asked what seemed to be relevant questions. She did a thorough exam and her diagnosis was spot-on. I had been having some issues and she was the fourth doctor I'd seen and first one to help me get better. I had about given up. Thanks God for Dr. Kumra. I ended up bringing my parents to her and they too were very pleased. Highly recommend her.

She talked fast and rushed around at every appointment. I called repeatedly asking for my hearing test records. After chasing her for more than a month, she finally called me back with plenty of excuses. It turned out my records were lost and she gave no apologies.

WOW, is she in a hurry! She doesn't read the files before seeing you. She says that she will cover certain issues during your appointment but is out so quickly, there is no time for questions or any discussions. She is not a good listener!
