Dr. Vandana Goyle

Dr. Vandana Goyle is terrible. She refused to see my mother because she did not want to use a translator. How is that ethical? She didn’t want to deal with a translator so she told us to find a new doctor. Not only that, she notified us that she would be cancelling our appointment the day before the scheduled appointment. We had made the appointment several weeks beforehand and even confirmed that we would need a translator. They decide to call us the day before our appointment to cancel because Dr. Goyle doesn’t want to deal with a translator? Not very professional at all. We even offered to have my brother go with my mother to help translate but she said she didn’t want to deal with it. After the late notification of cancellation, we had to spend time to find a new doctor and schedule an appointment for several weeks later. Now we have found out that my mother has medical issues which cannot be remediated because it’s too late. Had we been able to see Dr. Goyle a month earlier as… originally planned, perhaps this could have been avoided? Maybe not since Dr. Goyle seems like an awful human being. Would not recommend her at all.
