Dr. Vanessa Trespalacios, MD

I waited months to see her as someone recommended her. Her office staff was among the most pleasant I have experienced. However, she was an arrogant, unsympathetic and oh so quick to medicate. Perhaps she is a knowledgeable internist but her bed-side manor was utterly horrible AND she could have cared less about my own concerns and questions about my health. Very disappointed. Oh, and if you happen to get COVID I wouldn't trust her medical dogma. Definitely not interested in being part of your medical team and I certainly didn't feel like she was in MY corner.

Just left an appointment that was a disappointment!... primarily due to my primary's attitude. I greeted her with a bright "Hi Dr. Vanessa" (her last name tough to roll off the tongue) She shot back call me Dr. V we don't use first names here. She then proceeded the visit with such a curt attitude that frankly it made me sick.. Bedside manner is everything since bloodwork does the diagnosis. My prescription for Dr.V is get a dose of it before seeing her next patient.

Dr. Trespalacios is my primary doctor and she never has appointments. I always have to see the Nurse practitioner. I was so sick the last time that once again, I saw the NP. She gave me all home remedies but by the next day my condition worsen and I had to wait for a call back. My face was swollen and I couldn’t wait so I ended up going to the urgent care. Monday morning, I was so frustrated that I called & ask to speak to the doctor but again she pretty much brushed me off. Seven hours later, She had her secretary call and say the NP had to speak to me since she was the one that saw me. I would’ve like to speak to the doctor even if she couldn’t treat me but I guess the doctor only values the patients she treats not the ones that come to her office. Patient satisfaction wasn’t valued. Patient care really isn’t the primary goal at this facility. The staff is great but the doctor lacks accountability.

Dr. T is AMAZING! I had an immediate connection with her due to her calm and personable approach to treating her patients. She is warm and welcoming and is super intelligent. Not only am I a patient, so are my adult children.

After reading all the positive review about Dr. Trespalacios, I chose her as my primary care provider and made an appointment. I was seeing her because of possibly now probable cancerous mass that I have. Dr. Trespalacios ordered an imagining test. The results were out within 24 hours and were also sent to a specialist I was seeing. Days went by, no contact from Dr. Trespalacios's office. I contacted them as I was nervous to find out what was going on, they claimed they didn't have it when they in fact did. I finally showed up in the office and they apologized and handed me another form to go for another test. No contact from the doctor, none whatsoever. So I go for the second test, again the results came out and still the silent treatment from the Doctor's office, this test result indicated a possibly scary diagnosis. I should not have to chase down this doctor. She has been uncommunicative, unprofessional, and I sure do not think I have to advocate for myself to obtain test… results on a life threatening manner. This is simply unacceptable and I do not recommend her.
