Dr. Vanessa Vizcaino, MD

She’s an excellent doctor, in my opinion Dr. Vizcaino is absolutely the best doctor I know of. Everyone there is completely hospitable and welcoming A+++++++ Doctor

I started seeing Dr Vizcaino , a year and a half ago. I saw her twice. The first time was more of a meet and greet, the second time was for my annual physical. I was so relieved to finally find a Dr that I felt I was in good hands with. She was thorough, caring and made good suggestions. In the last one year I have called her office three times for a “sick visit” . I never got a call back for any of the three voicemails left. the first two sick visits resolved with time on its own. The third time I ended up going to urgent care. In Jan 2019 , I called again and left a message requesting a callback to schedule a “sick visit, as well as a physical. I did get a call back. Dr.V office staff said that there was nothing available for my non urgent sick visit for two and a half weeks if I wanted to see Dr V. If I wanted something sooner I would have to see the Nurse Practiomer. I did not want to see the NP and took an appt for two and a half weeks later and a physical for a month later. … About 5 days before my appt for the “sick visit” , the office called and left a VM saying Dr.V would not be in the office on that date n please call to reschedule. I was v disappointed, but took it as fluke. Yesterday, one week prior to my physical appt , I got another call from the office ,this time I was able to answer the call. Guess what?....Dr. V won’t be in the office on the date of my physical either. Not ok....3 voicemails unanswered and two cancelled visits in one year, is unacceptable and I would not recommend. It’s v sad , as I liked the doctor, but if I can’t ever see her then it doesn’t work.

I really think she is a wonderful warm MD. However her office staff is not great . Very long wait to be seen. One receptionist hung up the phone when I was trying to get a appointment due to severe abdominal pain. I finally got an appointment for the following day and waited over an hour in terrible pain

Desafortunadamente muy mala experiencia, me habían hablado maravillas de la dra Vizcaíno así que la elegí como médico primario espere más de un mes para la cita porq tiene agenda muy ocupada, al llegar me informaron que había cancelado citas y tenían equivocado mi teléfono, me diero nueva cita a los 20 días y al llegar nuevamente había cancelado agenda, tengo asma y no he podido empezar tratamiento así que voy a cambiar de médico, el staff pésimo

Dr Vizcaino was recommended to me by a coworker several years ago. I have never regretted making the switch to her. She is professional, personable, thorough, and asks the right questions. I feel comfortable with her and share open and honest conversations with her regarding my healthcare. She is a keen listener and counsels & instructs accordingly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great doctor.

Dr. Very is the best! She cares about me and is straight forward. She is an Angel! Many of my family members are now seeing her and Dr Glover as well. I love these women. The office staff could be a little more friendly. And I can hardly ever get a person on the phone or a callback. Need a stronger office manager.

Dr. V is outstanding. She truly cares about her patients. I feel cared for and listened to when I see her. I highly recommend this practice.

Went there for my son. I had scheduled an appointment with the nurse practitioner for a minor injury. My appointment was at 9:15 and I was seen around 10:45, If they start running late this early morning I cant imagine an afternoon appointment. Another thing that bugged me was a broken Syringe disposer with used syringe. Dangerous . I hope they value patients time.

Dr. Viscaino es been my doctor for more than 11 years but unfortunately now is impossible to see her or talk with them to make a appointment. For more that one I am trying to talk to someone to ask for appointment and been impossible ð??³ð???ð???. Also finally I decide to stop by the office and the gave me appointment with her nurse and I wait 30 min at the waiting room just for her nurse to see me more sad ð???ð???

Dr. Vizcaino is just the best! Great staff member, great customer service!
