The wait time is abysmal!

Couldn't wait any longer for the doctor to ser me, I waited over an hour, after my appointment. Visited his Center City officer , fed the meter continuously and after waiting for such a long period of time, I had to leave. ..unseen...

He is never on time for any appointments...ever! Don't bother going to your appointment on time because he'll be 2-3 hours late. And if you wait for him, clear your schedule because you'll be there for 4-5 hours. I have had to reschedule multiple timed before actually seeing him (because he never shows up on time), even when having the first appointment of the day. There are no apologies or explanations for the habitual lateness. This is quite annoying and very disrespectful.

Excellent dr knows and is well experienced! I left the country came back and graves continued to treat me very well! ! Never any complaints! He makes things happen ! May he live forever!! Thanks dr Graves you are the best!!!

Dr. Graves has been my Dermatologist for over fifteen years. That says it all. I am more than satisfied with the service I receive in the office. On a couple occasions, I waited for 45 minutes. However, that happens with any Dr. I visit. His staff is polite and professional. I also appreciate the fact Dr. Graves will sit with you to discuss any issues you want to discuss pertaining to the visit.

Dr. Graves is an excellent doctor, he cleared up many skin issues I had, and yes you will be seen by his PA-C; he is only ONE PERSON, and also a great dermatologist. Also if you had to wait for him, that's because someone was, in the office with a serious skin problem.

I was greeted by the front desk receptionist who seemed very overwhelmed worth the patient base, hodge tried to be courteous. The main issue with my first and last visit was the utter disregard that Dr. Graves has for new patients, I waited to be seen over two and a half hours to only be seen by Dr. Graves' PA-C. Once the PA Sharon stepped into the room the entire visit was rushed, no examination was done, she even went as far as to tell me that she would start me on a general patient regiment. Coming to seea specialist, I expected to have been examined and given a specialized regiment for my diagnosis based upon my individual condition. Essentially I waited almost three hours for a ten minute session to be told that I would be given a general regiment. No one even came to apologize for the wait or to even state that Dr. Graves would not be in to see me. Needless to say I will not be returning to their office and I will definitely steer anyone away from wasting their time at this… joke of a dermatology clinic.

I decided on this doctor because of a referral from a friend. The physician's assistant spent more time with my daughter than the doctor did. The doctor spent about two minutes with her and left the room. He PRESCRIBED eight drugs for her to take and we did not see him again. I will never return to his office. I was extremely disappointed in his "bedside manner". Of course we did not get the prescriptions filled because we did not feel that he heard our concerns. If you are looking for a doctor who will listen to your concerns this is not the one you want. So once again I am out of my co-pay of which they accept only cash...probably because they are concerned about one trying to stop payment on a check for services NOT rendered......

While Dr. Graves appears to be ok, his office is the most inefficient place in Philly. furthermore, they keep trying to get you to come back for more and more appointments - even when you just need a perscription refilled. Maybe that's to justify keeping so many worthless people on the payroll. The wait is more than an hour past the appointment time, there's no hand off between staff membes (rude women kept coming in asking ME what was going on, like I was supposed to know), and at the end of this rainbow, you spend less than 10 minutes with the doctor who makes you wait another 20 minutes afterwards to get your scripts. On the secons appointment, he was an hour late coming to work then walked in in his jeans to check on me after his office-mate pinched hit for him. His office is run like City government, without diversity and over run with patronage jobs.

Arrived for my appt 15 mins ahead, still sat in his waiting room over an hour. Then waited another 20 mins in the examining rm again waiting to see the doctor. Turns out it wasnt Dr Graves I saw but some other unknown doctor. I scheduled my appiont to see Dr. Graves, was told he was busy with other patients. Wont be coming back here, my PCP recommended this guy. Total dud.
