If I could give zero reviews I would! Dr. Mc Donald lacks the integrity required to be a great health care provider. She is a LIAR. She is inconsiderate, making patients wait TWO hours to be seen for scheduled appointments. And she is money hungry! Her STAFF miscommunicated the cost of a procedure to me. I paid in full (as they require you to pay for 100% of the service before you may be seen) only to get on the table and be told the price was over 3X more!!!! The assistant apologized for the mishap and the Doctor asked me if I wanted to proceed. Absolutely not. I told them that I was not financially prepared to pay three times more for the procedure. The staff promised to reverse the payment but never did. I disputed the charge with my credit card and they lied on the response stating that I had a “consult”. I called AND visited the office, hoping to speak to Dr. Mc Donald directly but was refused. Instead, her assistant provided poor excuses and lies about what happened the… decision to reverse the payment they promised me. Luckily, I have a voicemail saved of the assistant telling me that she would do the reversal by phone. Otherwise I would be out of luck. Any Doctor who would risk her medical license- to STEAL $130 from a patient she neglected- Doesn’t need to be a doctor at all.

Dr. McDonald is the best as well as her nurses mrs. fredericka and shante theyve showed me loved and as they cared for me throughout my pregnacy made me feels so good i love coming to the doctor all i have is them and my babies so it may be small to you but its a big thing to me i just love them and they love me

This office does not deserve 3.5 stars. In fact they deserve no stars. They promote the slogan “ great healthcare “when in fact they provide awful healthcare. They are incompetent and unknowledgeable of what they should do within their own work title responsibilities . Making huge errors leaving patients with bills that are not their responsibility is down right wrong and unacceptable. Staff are rude and confrontational and refuse to hold themselves accountable for their errors. I will be reporting this office to my health insurance and medical board.

Very caring and knowledgeable

She almost let my baby die by not acting on things she should have had knowledge of. Her staff is ghetto and rude. I witnessed them refuse treatment to a patient because of a balance of 3 cents. I would never go here again..... Ever!!!!

I felt Dr. McDonald Very Professional and Knowledgeable. She help me to complete my paper work for a emergency procedure. She explain every detail of surgery and after care. Thanks for all you do, Doctor. I'm forever grateful.

Don't go there they misdiganouse me with herpes and never gave me paperwork showing I have it and never got my permission to get tested

Staff is very unprofessional only over the phone of course; doctor does not return call(s) she prefer you to discuss your personal health concerns to the receptionist(3rd party)? If you "supposedly" to be that person doctor you are to address any concerns they may have after having seen by you. My situation with this doctor and her employee(Deborah) did lead to me filing a complaint with my insurance provider & the medical board

I made an appt for 1045. I arrived at 1030 to fill out the new patient info. I still jad not been called back at 1130 and there were 3 people in front of me. I asked for them to refund my copay and was told theyd mail me a check b/c they can't reverse a payment. NEVER AGAIN. I decided to go to a different provider. I originally scheduled my appt here b/c my doctor texommended this location.
