Villar is awesome I use to take a client there and fell in love with her work ethic . That's why I made her my own .

Im glad i wasnt influenced by the other reviews on here. She is the one who diaginosed my gallbladder issues. She is a dr not a phyciatrist. Yea she does use her computer to communicate with the pt. The office staff were not rude nor unproffessional. Great office..i have worked at the upmost offices in center city.phila and dr villars office beats them. Keep up the great work dr villar we know u truely care about your pts.

Dr. Villar is a great Dr. if you have the sniffles. Anything more taxing, is beyond her. Poor communication skills with patient.

Dr. is more interested in putting info in her computer than talking to you. Office staff is the most rude, condescending I've ever encountered. This doctor will NOT honor even the most basic requests (repeat lab work) instead says you must go to a specialist . She does NOT notify you if you happen to have an abnormal lab result; you better get a copy for yourself and review it for problems otherwise you'll never know. Essentially, She seems to have very little experience and isn't knowledgeable

The staff is very rude. You have to make another appointment just to get lab results. You can NEVER speak to the doctor. Looking for a new doctor ASAP. If you need to see a doc same day forget this office!!

Dr. Villar is great! Office help is not very friendly, especially on the phone when they can't see you face to face. They also need a better system of appt. reminders. They should call two days ahead of time instead of the day before when you can't call them back after hours. They need an answering machine.

The very BESTEST of the BEST Doctors I have ever known, and I have known quite a few! Dr. Villar is the "it" Doctor! She has it going on!!! You can't go wrong with her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!***** Five Stars

I used to see a doctor for years that made people wait for 2 hours in the waiting room and did nothing. A friend referred me to Villar. And she is byfar the BEST doctor Ive ever been to. She truly cares about her patients and takes her time with you. & also gets to know you better. Shes not only a doctor to me and my family, but shes also a very good friend!

Although Dr. Villar is nice and professional, she does lean to a more business-like manner. This is fine unless you like a softer bedside manner. Her staff on the other hand, are normally a very rude, unpleasant group. If I were her, I would start from scratch at the front desk!!

Dr. Villar's office is quiet, which I appreciate. I have never had an issue with any of the staff (there is normally one girl working the front), waiting an extended period of time, or any issues getting an appointment as soon as I need it.
