Dr. Vera Bocoun, MD

Dr Bocoun was not only a doctor but a friend!! I was very sick with lupus and she helped me tremendously!!!!

I have a very rare muscle disease which leads to muscle weakness over time. Dr. Bocoun has been my doctor for several years, and I highly recommend her to anyone. She is professional, caring, compassionate, and takes all the time you need at appts. She explains everything clearly, and all messages to her on my Marshfield site are answered within the same day or early the next day.

I love this doc. She has excellent bedside manner, really listens and is willing to let you have input to treatment options. After my meds were failing to keep my flares under control, instead of moving to stronger meds she allowed me to try dietary changes (primarily gluten-free), and my symptoms have been in total remission. She is good at explaining things, too!
