Dr. Vibha Agrawal, MD

I'm really getting frustrated with this doctor. It's not so much the doctor herself but the entire Synovation group. My doctor's office has recently chosen to route all of the incoming calls to a call center, and unless you choose an option from the menu which is not the one you want, you can never get anyone on the line. I left five messages for my doctor over the last three weeks, four of which were with the call center, and one was with an office nurse who I was able to reach only after I told the call center operator I was exasperated with the lack of communication, and she patched me through to the office. The doctor told me today she never got any of my messages and would speak to the office manager about it, but I'm not holding my breath. She was also unable to get a report of my recent CT scan from the computer which she ordered, even though I was able to get in on my home computer at least two weeks ago. I'm beginning to wonder how much more of this I should put up with. I'm… still in a lot of pain from a Shingles attack I had about a year ago, so I suppose I'll just stick it out and hope things get better.

Dr. Arawal treated me for about three years for sciatic pain in both legs. I found her to be totally professional and up to date in most effective treatments for my condition. I highly recommend her as a pain management physician.

She said she was going to send for the insurance company for my back injections and I found out from referral dept she didn't send them anything.
