Almost a year ago, he did the closure and repair of a basal cell carcinoma on my nose. It healed nicely. First I went to surgeon for mohs surgery and then recommended I see a plastic surgeon because the repair was needed for a large basal cell.

Very little bedside manner, astronomical pricing for routine services and an overall disinterested attitude. My follow-up appt. lasted 30 seconds (not an exaggeration) before he sent his nurse to talk to me. Talked dismissively to the assistants/nurses in the room. Not what I expected from a Cleveland Clinic physician - recommend you look elsewhere for a plastic surgeon.

I was skeptical at first with him because of the bad reviews but defenetly glad I saw for myself, I only waited 5 minutes not to mention I brought my two boys staff was great about that. Power point presentation was a little boring but the doctor came in small smile greeted me and wanted to know what I felt I needed. He answered all my questions, I didn't feel rushed at all. He even suggested I go see another surgeon so I can have something to compare. Still undecided on whether I will choose him since I have one more consultation but wanted to let others know do your own research as well. Not everyone will be happy with every doctor. Well worth it.

This doctor was fine during my first visit. Once the procedure was completed and I addressed him with my concerns his attitude changed. He spoke down to me as if my concerns were unfounded and basically told me I needed an entire different procedure than what his initial recommendations were. He was over an hour late for my appointment. Never bothered to apologize and his bedside manner was horrible. His nurse kept apologizing for him. I am sure she has to do this often. Unfortunately, I realized my mistake in picking this physician too late. There are numerous doctors that are more skilled and compassionate than this one (not hard to do). Please do your research.
