I have never ever had a call to a doctor that was totally ignored I recently moved to Arizona and was hospitalized with blood clots in both lungs. I have been to this office twice for follow io but when I try to reach anuone ny phone with serious questions I either cant het through or leave messages that are not returned. When I do get through to the office with a pronlem, information is taken but no call back received. Will be seeking another doctor.

Dr Chen yang medical assistant does not get back to you for about a week. If you have a question about your condition it take about a week or more to get back to you. Dr Chen Yang is great if you are there, but trying to get her to call you back is terrible. She has her assistant call you back whenever she feels like it. Not get back to you

Dr. Chen Yang is great she is caring and listens very well. She walks you through treatment and helps you understand what the next steps are.

I've been a patient of Dr. Chen-Yang for about 10 years. She is not only an excellent doctor but a very caring person. I would highly recommend her.
