I love Victoria Kindel she delivered both of my babies she's a Sweet heart and she was always on point with everything!

I have been going to see Dr. Kindel since 2003. This includes the prenatal care and birth of my daughter, and the prenatal care and birth of my twin boys. I have also had a laporoscopy for endometriosis that she did. Does she have a lot of time to spend with patients? No. But if you take your most important questions on paper form, and make it quick, she has always taken the time out to answer them. I like her care. She is smart and quick in her answers, and I can appreciate that cause I know I don't have all day to be there and neither does she.

I have had Dr Kendall for both my pregnancies and she's always been nice. She does seem to be pretty quick but at the same time I realize she has done this awhile and knows what to worry about and not to worry about and I'm not her only patient for the day and can't spend forever talking to me and comforting me. She's and OB doctor not a therapist

During my 5th pregnancy (2 of which were miscarriages) I had this doctor for my ob. During my 9 week apt I expressed my concern of having some cramping, yet no bleeding, and I felt that she did not care and that this was nothing to be concerned about. She said that sometimes that is normal and I should not worry about it. Well during my 12 week apt, they went to listen for the heartbeat with the doppler and there was nothing. I ended up having my third miscarriage and they said during the sonogram that the baby measured 9 weeks old. Therefore, if this doctor would have been more concerned during my 9 week apt and would have done some testing or even a Doppler to listen for the heartbeat, I would have known sooner. I understand there was nothing she would have been able to do, but at least we could have addressed the issue sooner. And a little compassion and concern would have been nice, instead of sitting in front of me staring while I balled my eyes out and having nothing to… say except "real sorry".

I have never felt so uncomfortable/brushed off by anyone in my entire life. She will spend a maximum of five minutes with me before getting up to walk out the door, and she answers my questions with one word, yes or no, not making me feel very secure as a first time mother. It's as if she doesn't care that I'm a human being, let alone her patient. The only time she actually seemed like she cared about me was when I had someone else with me. Since this is my first pregnancy I had no idea what to expect from an OB doctor, but I'm quickly realizing that she nor the majority of the medical staff actually care about me as a person let alone a patient. I do not recommend this place. After spending the majority of my pregnancy with her, I can definitely assure you that she could care less about how you as her patient are feeling. I will without a doubt be seeing a different doctor after the baby is delivered, I don't need some skinny evil witch who could care less about human life… looking after my child. As far as the rest of the office is concerned, waiting times are generally shorter in the morning and immediate afternoon hours. If you come at any other time expect to wait 15-20 minutes. Usually whenever I go to check in they will whine at me about my monthly payment, most often when it's the BEGINNING of the month. They tell me I have to have money right then or let them know a date when they'll be receiving their payment, as if they don't realize that people are human. Whenever I call to leave a message for my nurse they always sound angry that I even called. In general, I don't like this place. There is a bad atmosphere in there, and I think it's due to the fact that it's so close to the worst hospital in the state. I do not recommend coming here unless you like to be treated like a second class piece of garbage.

I've seen Dr Kindel during my entire pregnancy with my third child and during my entire pregnancy, she has not been attentive to my needs. She makes every appointment as short as possible as if she either hates her job or has better things to do than to make sure I am feeling ok and confident in what is going on with my body or my baby. She never asks me if I have any questions and on multiple occasions tries to walk out of the room while I still have questions. Half the time I can't even remember what my questions are since she is so short with me and so eager to get me out of the office. Would not go back to her with any subsequent pregnancies (if there were any).

We just moved here, and I had to wait a month to get in to see her for my first appt with her @20 wks. She introduced herself then did an exam and a swab without explaining why it was needed (her nurse explained later after she called to confirm the results--it was because it was my first time seeing her and she wanted to do a check for any bacteria/infection), ordered an ultrasound, asked me a few standard questions, then left--promising to review my records further later. I understand I am not high risk ad it is my fourth baby, however, she was short and spent no time familiarizing herself with my needs or birthplan

I have never been so humiliated by a medical office! I was able to handle Dr. Kindel's lack of compassion and time for me during each of my prenatal appointments. This was my second pregnancy, so I was a pretty easy-going patient. Looking back, she never really had time to deal with any of my concerns. She was not present during my labor/delivery - fine. I actually preferred the attending dr.What I could not handle was the way I was treated by her billing department. I arrived for my six week postpartum appointment, anxious to discuss my baby's colic and my severe postpartum depression. Little did I know upon my arrival I would be whisked away to see Tina in billing, who put an end to my relationship with that office. I was told that I owed a balance of over $1,000 that was due immediately or Dr. Kindel would send me to collections. The past six weeks of my life were spent caring for a high needs infant while trying to keep my depression under wraps, and the medical bills had… not even begun to arrive in the mail. The short meeting ended with me canceling all future appointments and running out of the office crying. Dr. Kindel's staff made me feel like a criminal at a time when I really needed them. I will never return to that office, nor do I recommend her to ANYONE. Having a newborn can be very scary. The last thing a new mom needs is to be treated like crap for not having thousands of dollars on hand.
