Dr. Victoria Richburg-Stephen, MD

Dr. Victoria R. Richburg-Stephen is board certified in Pediatrics and sees patients at the TriHealth Physicians Partners Finneytown and Butler offices. Dr. Richburg graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1998 and completed her pediatric residency from Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in 2001. She has been with TriHealth since 2004. Dr. Richburg's practice focus includes General Pediatrics as she manages the physical, behavioral, and mental care for children from birth to age 21. She enjoys taking care of children and watching them grow and develop as they reach new and exciting milestones. She is trained to diagnose and treat a range of childhood illnesses both minor as well as serious childhood diseases. She feels that it is really important to welcome and value the patient's input and the parents' or caregivers' input in the care of their child. Dr. Richburg grew up in a diverse but planned community in Cincinnati and has participated in many …extracurricular activities. She has enjoyed travelling to over 15 countries including a medical missionary trip to Honduras in 1998. Dr. Richburg has learned from these experiences and knows how critical it is to be able to relate to a diverse population of patients. Building a trusting relationship with patients is important to her. She believes that a strong doctor-patient relationship is vital while ensuring the best possible outcome for each patient. Although Dr. Richburg values and enjoys spending time with her own family, she values and recognizes that her supporting staff of medical assistants, registered nurses, and managers work together as a "TriHealth family" to ensure top pediatric care every day. Dr. Richburg wants each patient visit to be comfortable while providing preventative care, health and wellness, and medical treatment to all pediatric patients.
