Dr. Victoria Watt Serralta, MD

I was never treated by the dr after about 4 visits. Kept passing me off to her assistant to do facial injections. I never saw any improvement nor returned after she said my skin was beautiful when it needed professional treatment. So I figured I needed the honesty I was giving and checked in elsewhere. I noticed improvements early on with another dr who did all injections himself. You cannot simply let anyone do injections. It really should be the highest trained person in skill and experience. The assistant was so nice and patient but my current dr really angles it specifically and ask for a specific dosage from assistant. He’s honest with him I feel and I didn’t tell him of my visits here with VS office bc it had nothing to do with me there. I appreciate professionalism esp with sensitivity matters like skin that impacts self esteem. Don’t blow off your customer/patients bc ur busy or too judgmental. Figure out how to properly schedule in bc I always waited forever it seemed... and… how can u be a good dr if awfully judgmental. Going forward, be the doctor and allow assistants to assist u not do ur job.

I was not sure what to expect being my first visit. I was treated with respect and friendliness that is unusual these days. I felt valued, from the reception desk all the way through check out, by every member of Dr. Serralta's staff. This was a good experience and I will certainly return for any future needs.

If you like waiting, this is the dermatologist for you! Youll actually have theee opportunities to wait. 1. Main waiting room. 2. Exam room. 3. Check out waiting room. I’ve been going for years (thanksully not often) because the office is very near my home but today I walked out. Done! Years of the same mess. I only give a second star because most of the staff is friendly. I actually feel bad for them. I can’t imagine having to work there. The way they run the office is a joke!

They told me ahead of time appt would run about 90 min. It was good to know ahead of time ?.

Spends way too little time with patients. Refilling medications are a pain because they constantly want to see you despite just having been seen a couple of months ago. Checking out is terrible. I've waited upwards of 30 minutes when no one is ahead of me. Staff appears unprofessional and lacks basic hygiene. Refuse to purchase over the counter item she sells because of the interrogation the office staff gives you.

I have found the office manager, who is Dr. Serralta's husband, difficult to work with in regards to financial issues. The young ladies in the office are very nice. They just have an arrogant boss.

The worst clinic I have been to. I had called them earlier and they told me thier consultation fees is $114 and on my appointment date the doctor came very late, made me wait for 45 minutes. My consultation was only for 10 minutes and they over charged me $250. The manager was so rude and disrespectful when I asked him to explain the cost.

Dr. Serralta is an outstanding dermatologist, with a genuinely kind and caring staff. All are highly professional and courteous, and their attention to detail is impressive. Highly recommend!!!
