Very rude and dismissive. Did not take the time to explain why she believed an xray was not needed. Basically said “I am the Dr. not you.” I was in pain and trying to cover all the bases after severely injuring my elbow lifting something. It was before a long weekend and I knew it would take me a long time to get an appt with another dr. Needed to make sure nothing was broken and also get care Instructions. She left the room without explaining anything. She spoke loudly and disrespectfully of me to a group of other employees, loud enough for me to hear while I was putting my shirt back on. The man from the front desk came to the room and said they would not charge me. Maybe she did this because I speak with an accent? Possible racist attitude?? Everyone in pain should be treated with understanding, respect, care and patience.

Terrible bedside manner and no attention to detail. Very rude with no expertise whatsoever. Did not test for strep or do a proper examination to rule out a bacterial infection despite my family members symptoms improving from antibiotics. Very insistent that all we have is a viral infection and that the previous doctor should not have prescribed antibiotics. Insisted that I will get better by Sunday and when I asked what if I don’t, her response was “you will” multiple times with no advice on follow up steps.

Dr. Vogel...solved a medical problem that I had been suffering from for several months. She really listened to my symptoms of intermittent belly pain...and made a dx of a rare hernia. She is a great listener, smart and caring physician. After my surgery...the symptoms have finally disappeared. Great doctor.
