Dr. Vijay Paul Pinto, MD

I’ve had 3 appointments over the last 18 months with Dr. Pinto. My appointments have been on time and Dr Pinto has been thorough and informative.

I was told that Dr. Pinto reviews all his referrals and tells the front girls where and when to give an appointment. My husband had a very painful issue and we waited 3 weeks for an appointment with him. Not a caring, compassionate physician at all. Staff are rude and seem to just be going through the motions of what they are taught by the uncaring physician. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Gave us very clear explanations of what was going on and how he would proceed. Very nice.

Dr. Pinto misdiagnosed my grandpa, which ultimately led to his death. I would not recommend anyone to this doctor. I lost my grandpa because this man made a mistake

Great doctor!

Spent time to explain everything in detail...didn't seem to worry about how long it took. Seemed genuinely concerned, listened attentively to my questions. Showed a sense of humor, relaxed...good bedside manner. Good reputation locally. Followed up after procedure; gave home telephone number for questions or emergencies. This is the kind of doctor that you hear about but seldom see. Two month wait for an appointment upon referral (maybe because he has a good reputation vs other local urologists???) Not sure what "promptness" means in the star ratings. If it means "did I sit around a long time before being called, the answer is no, I was called approximately at my appointment time. Would I refer friends to this doctor, YES
