Dr. Vikram Saini, MD

Professional & Pleasant My husband went to Dr. Zaini for issues that resulted from cataract surgery. He was professional, clear, pleasant, and, best of all, he resolved the issue my husband had.

I took my sister to see Dr Saint. She has had a stroke and has lost a lot of speech ability. It was noted on her chart and the staff that waited her knew. They were all very nice and gave her time to answer or allowed me to if I knew the answer. When Dr. Saini came in the room he must have known she had a stroke because he spoke to me as well. He was very rude to my sister. She had trouble following his instructions because of the stroke. He was impatient and told the assistant taking notes she was uncooperative. He may be a good retina specialist but we will not go back to him. There is a lot to be said for a person with those kind of skills being kind. Maybe he was very busy and he is used to going fast but this was not normal for her. If he’s so busy schedule the appointments further apart. I was very disappointed.

Perhaps Dr. Saini was having a bad day or was overbooked....I have never been so rushed thru by a doctor. He made me nervous as I couldn't seem to do his eye test fast enough. Really the worst experience I've had with any doctor.
