I was charged for missing an appointment I declined to make. His office has tried to collect $45 from me for 2 years

Talks down to me and called me unsophisticated country person

This is a terrible provider. We have waited hours beyond appointment times to be seen, office staff is rude and condescending. If you value your mental health, find another provider.

Very Rude and condescending. Harasses more than he helps. Needs to find another job

He is a very nice guy. My daughter loathed her last doctor. Dr. Shukla is very friendly, he jokes with her to make her more comfortable and tries to relate to her on a personal level, not just clinically. He breaks it down for her to a relate-able scenario. He listens to our input and takes it into consideration when it comes to her medications.

This dr does not want to prescribe refills because he want s nothing but money. He refused to see my son when Medicare became primary said Medicaid might not cover remaining balance. Left him to go off meds cold turkey. Very heavy psychotic meds. My son being severely autistic had no idea what was going on and we almost lost his place in the center he goes to during days before we found new dr. He doesn't care about the person.

For 15 years I was diagnosed with Bi -Polar disease. Dr. Shukla prescribed me a medicine that did not work for me. His response was that I was just a Bully. He is by far the biggest joke I have ever met in the medical field!

Long wait time, was very rude, took personal phone call during visit, more focused on my weight than my mental health, very dismissive of illnesses, told me to give my husband my food when I went to eat.

very rude, very disrespectful to me and my daughter who was there for moral support. The intake was painful and tried to overcharge me when I did not have a co-pay. Talked loud in front of other patients about my personal business. Assumed I was a substance abuse person because of my symptoms from previous meds. Did not care about my need or health and asked what type of meds did I want to take.The medical society needs to stop recommending him to patients in need.He is horrible and needs to be retrained.I would not refer my worse enemy to him.He needs the Lord.

Dr. Shukla is avalable to help when a patient is going through a crisis, however he is rude, sarcastic, and condecending. Overall I would not recomend this doctor.
