Disrespectful and rude is the office lady who won’t even introduce her name. She Overshadows the positive experience with the doctor. To the point of blackmailing me with my daughter’s appointment. She canceled my daughters appointment for not taking down my Google review about her.

Dr. Carey is great. The staff is awful. The communication with the office is very difficult. Generally I get sent to the answering service during normal office hours and receive no call back. I had to call over and over and over to reach someone to schedule my surgery. They would not do that after my initial exam. They would not schedule my appointment until I had paid my copay in full. Again, the dentist is a good person, very nice bedside manner. However, if there was another oral surgeon in the area that would have taken my insurance I would not have gone through the head ache of working with this staff.

Front office staff is ignorant and incompetent. The Hispanic lady is rude and overbearing. Dr Carey seems like a great doctor but the people he keeps on his staff will hurt his reputation.

Knowledgeable and assuring, Dr Carey provided excellent care for dental procedure(s) completed . I would highly recommend him.

I had a great experience. He was very good doctor. I would refer him to anyone. He ask questions about how I would like my tooth removed, would I like to be sedated or just have shots in my gums. I chose to have shots instead of sedation. I had a good experience.
