I needed medical care on short notice while visiting my daughter. This doctor and clinic provided excellent care and services. I highly recommend this location!

Dr Paul is a very friendly doctor. Very good bedside manner. Diagnosis and treatment given were accurate and effective. I will gladly return whenever my family doc is not available.

This hardheaded, ignorant individual will not listen to patients input on anything is not board certified and prescribed pesticides for shingles viral infection, while these can be prescribed not for someone who is highly allergic to these. Overall terrible experience for a terrible doctor, would rate lower than one star.

I've been to multiple carenow locations and everyone has been great but dr Paul has by far exceeded any expectation I've had. He has the best bed side manner. I will definitely come back to Carrollton just to be seen by him.

I saw Dr. Paul and his staff last night at Care Now in Grapevine, and I was immensely satisfied with the care I received. Despite a crowded waiting room, a longer wait than desired (by NO fault of Dr. Paul or his staff-they did everything they could to lessen wait times) and an understaffed team, I never felt rushed, stressed or burdensome to them as I have in other clinics. I'm sure Dr. Paul was feeling the pressure of the stressful situation, but when he came to see me he was nothing but compassionate, courteous, and funny. He cracked jokes, made sure I understood what my illness was, and made sure I left with no question unanswered and felt capable of making sure I would get better after I left. He took his time with me, instead of making me feel bad for taking up his time. I often find Doctors at Urgent Clinics are run down, tired, and have less than stellar bedside manner, but Dr. Paul was absolutely wonderful in every way. It is a great comfort to know such a caring doctor is in… my community, and I am thankful for him!

Felt like mickey mouse was talking to me. Also, not sure why the use of thumbs up eight different times during his assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
